The Brilliant Glitch
A system. A book. A toolkit.
For people with ADHD, Autism, or Dyslexia.
Or those who lead, love, or raise them.
Launching Q4 2026. This is not just a book. It’s a public build.
A year-long initiative creating practical tools for real-life neurodivergence.
By Kinga. Strategic visibility architect. Neurodivergent. Unapologetic.

The Brilliant Glitch is a year-long public build:a book, toolkit, and content series to help neurodivergent people, and those around them, navigate life, work, leadership, and parenting.
Without masking. Without burnout. Without shame.
This is for:
-
Adults with ADHD, Autism, or Dyslexia
-
Leaders managing diverse teams
-
Parents raising ND children
-
Anyone who’s tired of translating themselves into systems not made for them
Each week, I’ll share:
-
A story or failure from real life
-
A redesign for how systems could work better
-
Language that builds bridges, not excuses
Most resources will be open, free, and modular.
But quality and consistency require focus, time, and tools. This is why I’m asking for support.
Planned publish date Nov 2026.

Why this project, and why now?
Because too many ND adults are mislabeled or missed entirely.
Because burnout, self-blame, and invisibility are rampant.
Because parents are being told to “wait and see” instead of being given real tools.
Because leaders want to support difference but don’t know how.
This project offers practical clarity.
And proof that different brains can still build brilliant things.
What the campaign supports:
– Weekly content and free tools
– Accessibility, design, and development
– Publication of The Brilliant Glitch book
– A digital toolkit and optional training videos
If we reach the goal, these resources can be delivered for free, at scale, for a full year.

FAQ
Why the title The Brilliant Glitch?
Because neurodivergence is often framed as error or deficiency. This project reframes it as a different operating system, one with friction points, but also extreme potential.
Who’s behind this project?
Kinga Bali is a strategic visibility architect, board advisor, neurodivergent. Author of The Unforgettable You, lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, mother of three. This is a solo-led, public build with no institutional or nonprofit affiliation.
Is this just another “inspiration story”?
No. It’s a systems-level visibility toolset. This project doesn’t sugarcoat. It gives frameworks for:
-
Disclosing strategically
-
Managing burnout and mismatch
-
Leading ND teams without doing harm
-
Navigating institutions that weren’t built for you
It’s practical. Not performative.
Will it help in real workplaces?
Yes. If you're a manager, educator, or HR lead: it translates ND friction into operational redesign, not policy fluff. If you're ND yourself: it gives language and leverage, not pity or generalist advice.
Is this about diagnosis?
No. This is not medical or psychological advice. It’s a communication, work, and life navigation system, designed to support lived experiences, regardless of formal labels.
Why fund this if free resources are included?
Funding accelerates delivery and improves quality. It enables design, editorial, accessibility support, and scaling of shared tools. It also ensures the time cost of the build (12 months) is sustained without dilution or compromise.
